David Santini a 55-year-old in Lincolnshire set up collection buckets for his charity “Help for Heroes” and took up and swindled folks out of about £7,000 ($9171.47) until he was confronted by police officers who he told that he had just returned from Afghanistan and that he was taking up money to help veterans. The officers learned that Santini had been dishonorably discharged in 1983;
“One of the officers became suspicious of the uniform he was wearing as it was part Royal Marine, and part Royal Airforce.
“There were also suspicions from another stallholder who said Santini could not talk about his regiment.
“He was asked for his Armed Forces identity card. At that point he said he didn’t have one and tried to say that he hadn’t said he was in the Forces, but had been in the past.”
He was sentenced to 15 months in jail.

Cocksucker.
Zippy the Clown does have a twin brother, named Santini.
HAHAHAHHAHAAHWHAHAHA
Another Walt in the annals of the Walt’s…
Nice to know that we are sharing the wealth with our Brothers in Arms across the pond, as it were…
That’s quite a pucker.
What’s the Brit equivalent of Bubba, Thor, Tiny and Dr Julio? And the BTJT Deli? With the All You Can Eat Tube Steaks and Cockmeat Sammiches with Nut Butter and Man Meat Mayo?
Parliament?
Nigel, Liam, Angus, and Samir?
I believe that that English duck face attempt will be stretched out quite soon not to mention other orifices.
The Not So Great Santini.
Too bad. If he’d just claimed Navy SEAL with that bloated triple chinned face the coppers would have believed him.
Call Blimey lovaduck, he should have stayed in the Santini Brothers moving business.
Loser.
Put him in the stocks!
He is certainly not related to the “Great” Santini. If he was, that Marine’s ghost would have come back from the Hereafter and ripped this turd’s throat out.
“Help for Heroes” is in fact a real UK charity that helps Wounded British vets. No doubt he was Co opting their name to collect donations for himself.
