2. AW1ED. I pasted the link and it went to a big story about a woman being shot. Clearly, that was not the story you wanted to link to. From there I saw a small blurb that looked to be the one you referred to–the all stabby one–but a pay wall came up. I hope others have better luck.

      1. Got it. Good news for the guy with the hole in him: he might live. Bad news: he is going to prison. Here’s a rare instance in which the good guy had a knife, the bad guy a gun, and the good guy won. Having a weapon is one thing, Being willing to use it another.

   Aberdeen is way North of La Casa De AW1Ed, but still in the PDRofMD. Anyhoo, seems the local constables are calling it self defense, as they should. A knife is not my first choice for home defense, but run what ya brung I suppose.
