Khalimov becomes ISIS’ Minister of War

Gulmurod Khalimov

Last year we mentioned Colonel Gulmurod Khalimov, the commander of Tajikistan’s special forces who defected to ISIS. According to him, he was trained by US Special Forces to be a sniper before his defection. According to the Australian News, Khalimov has been named as the Minister of War for the Islamic State;

“The Tajik has been appointed as the successor to the dead terrorist Tarhan Batirashvili who (was) also known as Abu Omar al-Shishani (Omar the Chechen)”, the Iraqi News reported, citing an unnamed Iraqi security source.

“The Tajik Golmurud Khalimov was elected as the first military commander in ISIS. The organisation did not announce it officially because it fears that once mentioned, there might be a series of air strikes against them.”

According to the article, Khalimov was trained by the State Department;

In a chilling 10-minute address, Khalimov revealed the extent of his experience, which included participating in five counter-terrorism training courses in the US and Tajikstan between 2003 and 2014.

The courses were organised by the US State Department’s Diplomatic Security/Anti-Terrorism Assistance program. Part of the training, according to the Tajik commander, was conducted by the private American military consultancy previously known as Blackwater.

Khalimov also revealed in the video that he had taken part in numerous secret training sessions in Russia during his reign as police chief.

Well, that was money well-spent.

  1. Well, if he was trained by “us”, then we should know how he thinks and acts, right? Therefore, we should be able to anticipate moves, right? And then. . . . . “another one bites the dust.”

    1. Amen! We can thank obozo the muslim, queer communist for training another of his cockroach friends!!

  2. So, I guess that cuts back on my plans to hike the Pamir range next spring?

Can anyone in this (lack of) government use even a micro-Angstromm unit of effing common sense?

  3. I bet he paid attention and remembers his training and briefings regarding classified emails. He’s got a US State Department Rewards for Justice Program bounty of three million on his head and his own country wants him for treason. It must suck to be him about now. Gimme a D. Gimme an R. Gimme an O. Gimme an N. Gimme an E. What’s that spell? Dead.

      1. He looks more like Rutger Hauer in a doo-rag. Which means according to “Wanted: Dead or Alive” logic, if Rutger Hauer is the Bizarro-world bad guy terrorist, then Gene Simmons is the Bizarro-world good guy bounty hunter.

  4. We aren’t going to ‘not-win’ against these assholes but they ain’t going to make it easy.
Chechens are known for their shooting prowess, I see a theme here…
I just wonder when we (U.S., England, France, etc) are going to take this little Mideast thing seriously.

    1. “shooting prowess”. Who gives 1.11984 $h!+s? Honestly? And we don’t even have a dog in this race till we commit to the ISIS fiasco. Obama won’t sign on and Clinton won’t want to touch it for her first few months in office. So, we’ll continue the “It ain’t happening”-bit for the next 12+ months.

      1. My point is that their brass is comprised of warriors. Now that we’ve made it a habit of canning warrior generals (like Mattis) who’s got the better ability to recruit, vet, train and plan?
        We’ve weakened, from the top-down

        1. I know that judging from his training, the fact he has survived as long as he had and promoted to the positions he has, Col. Khalimov is a pro worthy of serious attention.

Not for one minute do I believe he is as good as an American 11B, but he is not a poser, either.

  5. At what point do we decide we’re actually going to kill these assholes or stop wasting time in the ME?

Maybe HRC or Trump can decide to play fuck-around for another 15 years and get a few thousand more Americans killed for no fucking reason or maybe they can decide to conquer and install a government we like and fuck those who don’t like it. We spend way too much time worrying about what everyone else might think….most nations can think and say whatever the hell they want but no one fears them so who gives a shit? I’m not saying might makes right, but might often makes peace whether comfortable for all or not is irrelevant.

    1. I concur 100%

Their “culture” is, as anyone who has been over there can attest, primitive, tribal, and destructive.

There is no sense in “preserving” their “culture”.

I hold to the 33% rule of change: kill off 33% of their young men, and the loss become prohibitive enough that the rest become very peaceable. Then enforce an open culture with respect for all religions, and see how fact Judeo-Christian faiths replace the abomination that Mohammed created.

  6. Foreign Internal Defense (FID) can come back to haunt you. Won’t be the first time someone we trained ends up fighting against us. Worked with these guys in Dushanbe 2002, I’m sure he’s not the only one out of the Tajik Special Forces that have gone to the dark side. On the plus side hellfire missiles strikes do get hot enough to melt the gold teeth in this fuckers mouth!

    1. FID…that was the official nickname of USS FORRESTAL (CV-59).

      First In Defense.

My FID was given away to become razor blades and Hyundai vehicles.

  7. He will e dead by this time next year.

He does not quite keep the quiet professional low profile of some of guys that trained him.

  8. Oh, one more slackjaw in the Sandbox that hates Westerner’s guts. Wow. Must have been a slow day on CNN. And, he’s passing the training around!? Oh, no. What shall we do!? The nanosecond we start encountering intelligent terrorists, we should worry. Thus far, their success in western settings has boiled down to luck and attacking a herd of sheepple.

  9. obama has supported, armed, trained and financed some of the best islamic terrorist leaders in the middle-east.

He’ll probably be part of obama’s catch and release program soon.

  10. Things were going great until the Combined Federal Campaign rep bit him up for an allotment, then he decided to cross over to the dark side.

  11. Does he practice that face in the mirror each day?

He needs more practice. It looks like what he needs is a couple of bran muffins with breakfast each day.

  12. Just so you all know, if you didn’t watch the evening lack of news, shrillary insists now that Trump’s ‘attitude’ toward Vlad is all wrong. All wrong. Being confrontational with an aggessive potentate whose idea of fun is to poke us and pinch us to see what it takes to piss us off, thinks our ‘glorious leader’idiotic bodaprez is a moron at best, and probably does gigglesnorts when he has conferences with his team.

If any of you morons even think about voting for that fraudulent, raspy old sow, you will never hear the end of it from me.

    Shit.

  13. This clown is on YouTube talking about receiving explosive training in Baton Rouge,Louisiana. The same place I did mine. It’s a shame the US trains all the boogie men we end up fighting against so they can forward their agenda.
