  1. Nathan…..Happy to see you get to live out your dream. Of course I show preference for the Corps, but every individual who posts on this site, regardless of branch of service, would do the same for you. S/F

    1. Some Guy…Hey, thanks big time for sharing something that rhymes with my warped sense of humor. Funny as I could ever want.
For anyone who clicks on to your link, I hope they realize the “Kid” was a midget attorney from Ft. Myers, Fl.

  2. Welcome aboard, Nathan! BZ to the Marines of the 7th ESB for making this youngster’s dream come true!

Hondo, my allergies are acting up again, you got any tissue?

  3. Those Marines did a wonderful thing for that young boy. It’s great to read about things like this. 🙂

  4. Off Topic BREAKING News:

The former artist, formerly known as the ‘Artist Formerly known as Prince’ is dead.

  5. ah, all the glorious jerbs in the Corps. Should have sent him to an infantry battalion he could have picked up cigarette butts and stood A-Duty.

He would have been looking like a 40 year old man in no time though.

    🙂

  6. I’m a Squid, but I’ll say it anyway. Marines are awesome. Always liked working with them.

Well done and bravo zulu, shipmates.

  7. Hell yes, congrats Nathan. Engineers, yes 7th ESB that is my brothers in arms worked with them in Iraq and some training. Marines rock. Nice job 7th ESB

  8. Well that was definitely some outstanding work, nicely done indeed..

Must be getting dusty in my office today…or the pollen count is high or something like that…

  9. The story made me tear up a bit … the comments to that story (well, most of them anyway – hang the trolls) made a tear or two tumble down.

Bravo Zulu, Marines! All the best, to the little guy.

  10. “We are in service to the United States of America, and Nathan is a citizen of the United States.”

That’s a platoon commander after my own heart!

    Well done USMC!

  11. If it ain’t the damned ninjas, it’s the Marines chopping onions in here.

  12. It does my heart good to read this… knowing we left the Corps in capable hands. The Eagle, Globe and Anchor was bestowed to the young man who has certainly proven he has the strength to carry it. BZ, Marines!
