  1. I am in ‘hair and make up’ right now, some stylist dude named Dieter says it is mandatory. Why the shoulder and neck message … I don’t know?

    I am so confused …

See you on the radio …

    1. I wouldn’t worry until Dieter asks you to touch his monkey.

And if Hans Gretel shows up with Das Boot or Das Horn, run.

        1. ChipNASA,

You may have a ‘great mind’ and I have met HONDO’s mind, you Sir are no HONDO!

          OVER!

  2. Totally off subject, but I think this is something that the readers at TAH will appreciate, all except for Lars that is.

Here’s my favorite quote from the piece:

“Oh, and that meme about how the NRA would surely be in favor of “reasonable” gun restrictions if large numbers of black men started getting CCWs? You do realize the NRA was founded by former Union officers in order to train blacks how to shoot in order to defend themselves against democrats, right? And that American gun control laws originated to keep blacks and other “undesirables” from being armed?”

  3. A retired grunt speaking from within his bunker and a Master Chief from the old goats locker, we need to work on our Public Affairs office.

Can’t we get one of those smoking hot Asian reporters to do our PA’s? Not that Jonn doesn’t have a sexy voice.

Maybe that Hobo guy can use one of the apps that electronicly alter his voice, then we would sound all covert.

  4. Whatever you do, don’t call Obama a pussy.

I mean, he is, but try not to go all Ralph Peters on us.

  5. You two need to bust out some phat rhymes and represent!!

“There once was a man named Phildo,
who like to work a …..”

    You guys get the point.

    Awesome!

    1. “There once was a man named Phildo,
who liked to work a cock and balls more than a dog likes licking his pecker?”

It doesn’t rhyme, but modern poetry no longer requires iambic pentameter…

        1. there Phildo awaits
his cock and balls to be licked
          by rabid badgers

you asked for a Haiku? ^_^

          1. Not too shabby! It gives even that rather bawdy subject a certain elegance, don’t you think?

            1. Please don’t encourage the children!

But, I have to say ..damn good haiku construct.

          2. Daniel Bernath sues
He screams while his face turns blue
            We all scoff at him.

My first haiku since Grade School, any critiques? 😀

  6. It bugs me that I think he can’t pronounce Jonn’s last name right.
(Nor can I for that matter)

    Lil-lee-aye

      Hoyee
      Hoeyee
      Hoeeye
      Hoeeyee

Don is a great guy, USMC and a Vietnam Veteran!

  7. RU!! As a Rutgers College and Law School grad look fwd to listening. Props to Duncan and Nancy MacMillan for the vets scholarship as well. I think it’s still available for vets 21 to 30 years old at RU.

    1. Rutgers has 2000 Vets on average attending.

It has the only weekly college/university Vets radio show in the country according to Don.

      Somehow, I amd not surprized.

  8. Hmmmm… I wonder if a certain non-fuel-checking non-CPO decided to tune in and record it while seething and plotting some kind of half-assed lawsuit?

  9. Can those of us who missed it get a link?

Also, I hope they don’t let comments on their page otherwise they might get sued for not allowing the Stolen Valor phonies their time in the form of Crash-and-Bernath.

  10. I’ve been running errands all day.

    What’d I miss?

    Is there a recording?

Is there a link to the recording?

  11. If you go on there again, and he says you can’t use the phonies’ names on air, PLEASE PLEAS PLEASE say, “Okay, we’ll call him…Turd Furguson”

    1. we’d have to start numbering them Turd Ferguson1, Turd Ferfuson2 and so forth so we could keep them straight ^_^
