Michael Cipriani/Kelsey Hoover update

You might remember this Michael Cipriani fellow from the other day. He was featured over at Guardian of Valor when Bulldog posted a video of his bust at BWI. You might need a blank piece of paper and some Crayons to diagram this out, I know I did.

After he was busted, he sent Bulldog a driver’s license for a young lady and claimed that the videographer had actually encountered his sister, Kelsey Hoover who was dressed for a part in a movie about a girl who impersonates her brother to get in the Army. From GoV;

So after we posted the update to the article, stating that Michael had his identity taken by his sister along with all the correspondence, we got an anonymous tip that would again send this investigation in a different direction.

They told us that Kelsie and Michael were actually one and the same, that Kelsie was undergoing Gender Re-assignment Surgery, and that she had tried to get her name legally changed last year to Adrian Michael Luna. They also said she was a con-artist and would also use a wheelchair and pretend to be disabled to get money from people. They asked if she had a wheelchair nearby during the confrontation at the airport. As you can imagine this was almost as unbelievable as the original story, so we began digging, and sure enough we found court documents where Kelsie had tried to have her name changed to Michael Luna.

See, are you confused yet? There is an active warrant out for her and Bulldog has turned everything over to law enforcement and they’re closing in on her as you read this. There are many more details at GoV, so you should click over and read the whole thing if you’re still confused.

But, see, stolen valor doesn’t happen in a vacuum – there’s always other crimes that go along with it.
