Eleazar Cisneros, phony cop

Eleazar Cisneros

Eleazar Cisneros was out for an evening of bullying fellow motorists in Midland, Texas as a pretend cop, and then bullied the wrong guy, according to Associated Press;

Eleazar Cisneros confronted a driver, said he was a police officer and complained about being cut off in the parking lot of a burger joint.

When Cisneros was asked to show his police identification, he said he was working under cover.

Then his story changed. He was in the police academy, then, he had taken some criminal justice classes once.

From the Midland Reporter-Telegram;

A Midland police detective was in an unmarked vehicle at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of Basin Burger House on 607 N. Colorado St.

Another vehicle pulled up next to his vehicle and parked in what was not a parking spot. The driver, Cisneros, approached the detective’s vehicle and knocked very aggressively on the window in order to contact the detective. Cisneros told him he had cut him off with his vehicle and that he was a police officer, not knowing that the detective was a licensed peace officer.

The detective asked for Cisneros’ police identification, but Cisneros said he was an undercover officer. The detective detained him and identified himself as an actual peace officer, according to the arrest affidavit.

Now, Cisneros faces ten years for the third-degree felony charge of impersonating or exerting the functions of a public servant. So, I guess that’s not a freedom of speech issue.

  1. [sarcasm]Huh? I though it couldn’t be against the law to lie if you didn’t do it for monetary gain. Weird. [/sarcasm]

  2. Working cases on meatheads like this was a pure joy for me here in FL. We would get someone like this about every 6-8 weeks.

  3. Being “undercover” sets off warning bells just as much as “records classified or lost in fire.” I love it when these dipshits actually run into real officers.

    1. As with SEAL/Green Beret/CIA phonies, anybody who really is an undercover cop wouldn’t be telling anybody about it.

  4. Good God, if I looked like this asswipe in uniform I would have deservedly received a 5 day rip!

  5. This is exactly the same shit that Cheeseslayer used to pull, but he had a stolen Wilmer Police badge to flash.

  6. I imagine that something like this happen just makes any cop’s night.

    Like the time some shitbag in ACUs with gold bars on his collar told us the Marine Reserve unit sent him out to check on us… Best day ever.
