In case anyone is still wondering; no I haven’t been served with a restraining order that he wrote up over a month ago. Probably because the charges in it are as false as his military career and as soon as I get served with it, he’ll be stuttering and stammering in front of a judge. I’ve kept out of all of the legal shit, up until the retraining order gets served. And Oregon law states that I only need to appear in those proceedings by cell phone, so I would indeed be there.
Jonn, the courts in OR have probably see his Depends-wearing ass too many times and know that Danny-boi is a serial harasser. Clerks and judges probably laugh their asses off whenever he shows up in court to file another complaint and shows them his “mad lawer skillz”
HMCS(FMF) ret…I agree. In our community ever judge knows every lawyer and ever lawyer can tell you about every other lawyer. In their own tight knit community, they know who is worth a shit and who isn’t. I imagine it is the same where non-attorney and is not and never was and never will be a CPO or Honorary CPO Bernath resides. I imagine he is a laughing stock and the butt of the best, bad lawyer jokes.
