Need a ruling

If a Stolen Valor guy has appeared in the tournament before, but he is caught AGAIN, since the last tournament, do we include him again on the superseding event?

Case in point, Jeffrey “Casanova Bandit” Elvington. He was in the last tourney, but he was again arrested in the middle of it. (LINK HERE.)

Should I list him again and let the seeding committee decide, or should I take him out?

  3. Link won’t open, but — Wait! Aren’t you supposed to be in Greenland or something? Why are you worrying about seeding the squalid wretches in the SV tourney?

    OK – ruling: put him in, but I don’t think he can compete with dandan the bernastypantsman DANIEL A BERNATH or the latest slimeball pretending to be a SEAL yohannthebadbadman Harrison, from South Africa.

  4. TSO: can’t say I much care. IMO he’s not a threat for a deep run (didn’t go that far last year, as I recall, and didn’t do much else new). Yeah, it’s new sh!tbaggery, but we have so many this year I don’t exactly think he’ll be missed. (smile)

  5. HE SHOULD NOT APPEAR A SECOND TIME!

    However, we should go to his house and deliver a “Punch in the Throat (PITT)” and a “Kick in the Testicles (KITT).”

    The combination of a PITT/KITT while yelling in his good ear as he is squirming on the ground, is a great deterrant. Filming the anguish and posting it on the interweb is helpful too.

    Note: Don Not Post the PITT/KITT portion of the meeting!

  6. I think it is safe to leave him out of the tournament. He’ll always inhabit the back of someone’s mind, especially us veterans. Placing him in the tourney will only eat-up a slot for the new faces that need ingraining and a little more publicity.

  7. I would rate him as a “also ran”, the quadruple stack is just way to amateurish. did he even make it past the first round last year? drop him for someone who has that something special for a faker.

  8. Since there are, sadly, SO MANY, I say leave him off this year and fill that slot with one of the new turds

  15. Let the seeding committee decide. Based on this year’s competition, he’s not a contender, but why set a precedent by eliminating him now?

  24. I say if it’s clear they’ve done something after having been outed previously, they’re fair game. If, on the other hand, someone discovers something old, even if it hadn’t been seen before, they should be excluded. Of course, if they should happen to post a new copy of old stuff after they’ve been outed before, then it’s fair game as well. Distinction should be if they’ve made an effort to clean up their act after having been outed, tehy should be excluded.

  27. I’m with the others that say, “Put him in, let the seeding committee decide!”

    Many of these clowns wait for the blow-back to end, then rock their lies when they think the coast is clear. If they could rock their lies after the previous tournament, we could consider them for the next tournament.

  29. If a phony can claim multiple awards of the same award (i.e., the infamous CIB with double-star), why can s/he not also run multiple times in successive tourneys when s/he commits successive offenses?

    Look at poor little Kyle Barwan, Frankly O’s personal project. That pathetic, scrawny, brain-fried little meth head has nothing to live for but to get up every morning, put on those rank-tabbed ACUs he didn’t earn, and go for the fame and fortune of the Ballduster McSoulpatch Memorial Tourney grand prize. Why else would he keep posing and getting caught, and who are we to deny him his shot at eternal glory? Unless Jonn was serious about carving out a Lifetime Achievement Award for him (and if so, he better have one for Paul of the Ballsack in his Santa Claus bag), multiple offenses are li’l Kyle’s only hope. Have a heart, people!
