  1. How is it that the ATF or any police for that matter have not brought this guy in. Evidence is all there.

  2. So—how is it that this guy isn’t under lock and key? He’s lied about his credentials for personal gain and defrauded people out of hundreds of thousands, and he’s got powerful firearms as a convicted felon. How’s that work?

  3. Yes, “Felon in Possession of a Firearm” IS a Federal Offense, isn’t it? Yet that POSer is still free!!

  4. I remember this fuckstick on facebook,he was trying to get contractor jobs in the stan,we laughed him out of our group. He should be in jail or have his legs broken.

  5. I don’t really have much sympathy for the idiots that were scammed by him. A cursory look at this guy shows he’s a fraud. All one has to do is watch one of his “training videos”.

  6. 11 – they were non mil backgrounds. granted they should have vetted him by other sources: but were arm chairing it after it happened.

  7. Where will the Gummint ever find time to track him down and arrest him when they are too busy trying to keep REAL Vets from visiting open air war monuments??

  8. Maybe B. Hussein 0bama & Co. will hire the likes of him & Phildo to keep the DC WWII Monument safe from roving bands of WWII Vets?

  9. Guy scammed some folks out of a million bucks….but stolen valor is a victimless crime. Hmmm….

  10. @4, A felon in possession of a firearm is a federal charge and can also states have laws covering it. We often call the ATF to get them to charge as the federal system has no probation or parole.

  11. YN1/Deputy, reading Steven Muellers, I learned that he has learned a lot. If you took a shot of liquor every time he wrote “I learned”, you will be shitfaced by the end of the first paragraph.
