Warren K. Parker; Phony goes to prison for fraud

MCPO Ret. in TN sends us a fairly old DoJ link to the conviction of 70-year-old Warren K. Parker who was prosecuted for defrauding the government in regards to set aside contracts reserved for disabled veterans. He got 87 years months in prison;

Warren K. Parker, 70, Blue Springs, Mo., pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit fraud against the United States, one count of major program fraud, one count of wire fraud, one count of money laundering and one count of making a false statement.

In his plea, Parker admitted he falsely claimed to be a service-disabled veteran and a war hero in order to obtain more than $6.7 million in contracts from the Veterans Administration and more than $748,000 in contracts from the Department of Defense. The contracts were awarded under the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Program.

I report this because we’re closing in on another creep who used his phony status to get veterans’ set asides. One you know, whose former employees are calling me at all hours of the night to give me tips on where to look for the fraud. I’m thinking about putting another phone line in my house just for them. So, Phil Monkress of All Points Logistics had better clean up his act or he’s going to find himself as roomie with Warren K. Parker.

  1. Another POS who had to pad his records to become a Nam combat vet hero, and not just for personal esteem but to defraud Uncle Feddy; baaad decision…enjoy your time in the pen!

  2. This article says 87 months – which is a bit over 7 years:

    This asshole claimed to have been a sniper in Vietnam and to have been awarded 3 Silver Stars and 3 Purple Hearts. He even had the nerve to call his company “Silver Star Construction.”

    Turns out he served in the MO ARNG from 1963-1968, served all of 6 mo on active duty, and never left the state of Missouri while on active duty. His only decoration was an Expert Rifle Badge.

    What a shitbag.

  3. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA……. I wonder how soon he’ll be “married” once he’s in prison?

  4. He may not have been service disabled when he went in, but he’ll walk with a hitch in his giddy up when he gets out !
