You see so much stupid stuff going on every day. It sometimes seems as if everything around us is going to hell in the proverbial hand basket – pronto.
Then you see something like this. And you realize that maybe – just maybe – there is still hope.
If there’s a Mellow Mushroom Pizza in your area, it’s worth giving them some business. They damn sure seem to have their heads screwed on straight.

Spontaneous acts of kindness are wonderful, and it’s often the simple ones that end up meaning the most.
Those kind of stories aren’t seen very often, and it’s a pleasure to see them in spite of all the other nonsense we see on a day to day basis.
I’m thinking pizza tonight. Even if it is a 50 mile round trip the closest MM.

…We’ve got two here in the immediate area – a touch expensive, but the food is beyond awesome (try the Philosopher’s Pie). And now I’ve got a really good reason to go.
