I think it’s a good idea. Imagine fining the filthy hippies of OWS $50,000 for protesting illegally, i.e. without a permit? They don’t pay the fine? Send the here to Maricopa county and they can serve their sentence in Sheriff Joe’s “tent city”! Two meals a day while living in tents.
