How much do you want to bet that the two people taken into custody were black? Thus the need to remove any mention of anything that could be construed as racism from the article. If they were white, you know this would immediately be blamed on the Tea Party, though.
I think about all the cars that have plunged prior to today that didn’t have guns and wonder why they are forgotten. We should all wear hoodies in support.
@#8: Was thinking much the same. Funny how that works – had never given any thought to ethnicity/race of bad guys. Default has always been – bad guy, stop him, without regard for whatever sad excuse he might have had. We have been retrained from race neutral into something else these days.

Well of course, Jonn. Guns are ILLEGAL in the District and nobody would actually posess one, right? Therefore, the gun jacked the evil SUV with the poor innocent “yutes” inside and drove into the pool.
I am sure they took the time to register that firearm, since it would be illegal to have it in Washington D.C. otherwise.
