I’m shock–SHOCKED–to learn that he was a chronic substance abuser.
Other conditions–that’s like saying he died in the car wreck only because he was high as a fucking kite behind the wheel.
So, IOW, his heart exploded from high blood pressure and drugs? Not like that doesn’t ever happen. Ask Whitney Houston.

I’d like to point out to those whom care that Hypertensive A.C.D. is hardening of the arteries and high BP. So if he was tweaking and staying high through all of it, he might not have felt much pain….
