I’m not sure which is worse, people voting for Paul or people voting for Santorum.
The Other category can account for write-ins, if MS and AL allow those.
I know here in Georgia Bachman and the others who have dropped out were still on the ballot.
Well that’s not according to his supporters. Adam Kokesh, obviously needs a doctor. He tends to get but hurt a so he needs a proctologist. He can’t read figures clearly (or is deluding himself) so he either needs an optometrist or a psychologist, and he has a really sandy Vagina, which is about the only thing Ron Paul is certified to help him with.
I wouldn’t put it past Paul to be acting as a foil for Romney, to pave the way for future campaign assistance for his son.

You give Paul wayyy to much credit. That type of machiavellianism is entirely beyond the man’s capabilities.
D6–although he probably wasn’t on the ballot in yesterday’s primaries, I think our boy Sharkey is probably more out of touch (at least with reality) than Paul.
But that’s a tossup, really.
Ron Paul is a lunatic. He shouldn’t be allowed to hold ANY public office, let alone the Presidency.

I think it probably boils down to the fact that he loves the sound of his own voice, and likely thinks he’s enriching the debate or striking a blow for his beliefs by staying engaged even though he’s obviously lost. I’m sure he can’t believe his message is being ignored by the majority, for him to believe otherwise he would have to face some sad facts about himself, something most people won’t do.
Possibly….but I rather like him being in the race. At the very least it forces his own competition to confront the ideals of a federal government reduced in both size and scope.
To the extent that the message is ignored, simply means more of the same for us.
I saw an article the other day about his campaign not being able to figure out where their turn out went. Paul in particular was astonished that it never appeared at the polls. It was subtley pointed out to the Paulites that massive internet traffic doesn’t always translate to grassroot political support. Wish I could remember where I saw the article.
