Follow up on Jasper Lake.

More like a minor addition. The last time that we talked about SPC Jasper Lake back in December. Also trying to figure out what the Kayenta Veterans Organization knows about it. But also more about what they are going to do next. Well it seems that we have something worth noting.

So does this mean that the Kayenta Veterans Organization has given up the notion that Jasper Lake was ever a Medal of Honor Nominee. Since they had made it their intention of not talking to me, I cannot ask, but I would as about this link that is still referring to Lake as a Nominee. Time will tell.

My name is Warren Andrews, and I am 40 years old. I live with my wife Christine and my 11 year old son. I have been in the Army for over 13 years and had one deployment to Iraq from May 2008 to June 2009.

  1. I never understand the need to buy into something like that. He served honorably in a time of war. Him trying to claim all these props be-clowns him, but them as well for believing him.

  2. Yep, I have a idea why, I cannot find it now but there is a issue with funding and management. Having a MOH recipient on the rolls would help fix this.

For example here is a example of what happens when things get rocky for a Vet org. A group called Vets helping Vets started up. They would be at public places and getting money for the different projects. Well seemed that the group had money problems do to. That seriously set the group back. Now if the Kayenta Veterans Organization was in a similar situation then would they be desperate enough to turn a blind eye to this or even take part in it.

  3. The Kayenta Nation will sort it out, and it won’t go well for Jasper Lake when they do. This is a case where the people will do the right thing if left alone.
