Just a reminder that yesterday marked a milestone of sorts.
The Mayan calendar ends on December 21, 2112. And there is that Galactic Alignment thing.
Also by this time next year we’ll either have a new CinC on line or maybe be wishing the Mayans were right?
Oh yeah, December 21 is Jane Fonda’s birthday as well.

Sigh… the long-count calendar is just like ours, in a way. The world does not end on 31Dec, it just turns over into the next year. The same with the Mayan.
Either that or this is going to be one HELL of a party year!
As long as you don’t make me watch that God-awful hunk of celluloidal guano known as 2012 ever again, I’m fine with it.
