Someone sent us a report that this fellow Eliut Lopez-Enriquez was facing charges in court in Pennsylvania and he tried to mitigate his responsibility for his illegal behavior by claiming to be a Special Forces veteran with an honorable discharge;
He’s not a Special Forces veteran, although it seems that he had an honorable Army career;
However his Navy career wasn’t quite so honorable. It seems he was court martialed. Documents from his court martial claim that he stole a few thousand dollars worth of merchandise from the base exchange, including about a thousand bucks in bad checks.
Fortunately for us, the Pennsylvania court didn’t buy his SF-BS, but let this post stand as testimony for the next time he gets arrested (and we all know there’ll be a next time) and claims to be something he ain’t.

I’m curious about the original character of service for his Army discharge. He applied to have it changed in February, it was approved in May, and he joined the navy in November, which tells me he probably couldn’t join the Navy with his original DD-214.
Out here in the world of Army recruiting, we can submit a waiver for an RE-3 discharge so long as the character of service or separation code does not reflect misconduct or a handful of other instances. I have no idea about the Navy, but it seems likely that they have a similar regulation and that this loser played the game to get a second chance in uniform.

I agree with fm2176. I know him, he is very charismatic and has convinced people that he was never convicted of any crime whatsoever. He has done the same thing in the civilian world since being dishonorably discharged from the navy too. He served no time in prison because he “pled” out and admitted guilt and had to pay restitution to his victims. I just wonder why he was discharged from the army.
Wait a sec…USAREC is approving RE-code waivers again? When I left 3rd Brigade in 2009, RE3 waivers were shitcanned.
I know this guy too, I actually went to Hospital Corpsman A school with him in Great Lakes back in early 2004, he wasn’t able to finish the school for some ongoing investigation, first time I met him I already knew he was a fake he claims to be a 1Sgt in the Army and that he is an 18 delta, coming from the fleet my first instinct is to immediately asked him to proved it to me and show that in black and white I remember him telling me that everything is classified and I don’t have the proper clearance to view his record, what a phony I thought you would learn your lesson back then but I guess people don’t change.
He was discharged from the army because of his bouncing checks and his debt collections.
I know this guy. Him and his best friend Kevin Wilson were talking about how the movie Black hawk down was about him. Since he was the medic there and his friend was the crew chief. I work with his friend at FT Indiantown Gap, PA and Kevin is getting finally leaving the national guar. He is a dead beat dad who owes back child support and his house is on forclosure. He is contantly whining about things and we are all glad we dont have to see him anymore.
I agree with anonymous2. Kevin is always whining about how he is the victim and how the world owes him everything. I just dont understand how someone who is a loser can still keep a security clearance. This is Kevin Wilson. I would not associate with a person like Eliut Lopez-Enriquez. I would never claim to be in somalia or a ranger, that is a crime called false valor. I did work at Fort Indiantown Gap in Pennslyvania as an apache crew chief and not a black hawk crew chief. During the time Black Hawk Down happenned I was stationed with B Co. 4/229th flying tigers in Illesheim, Germany.
Speaking of COWARDOUS acts, Eliut was picked up for dessertion by the waukeegan, Illinois police. That’s the thing I have the whole 313 page general court-martial transcript. The reason I got out of the guard was medical and I was unable to re-enlist again. Please, Eliut, get the facts straight, although you are a pathological liar like your transcript says. My question is does your wife know that you are a convicted felon?

Ex-PH2, the date he was declared was 16 Mar 2005 at 0801 and the date he was picked up was 5 May 2005 at 2100 by officer hird and was transported to TR8NSITPEBSU GREAT L , NAVSTA GREAT LAKES at 2110. Does that help you? And I also meant meant disregard 8 and 9, not 9 and 10. Thanks

Ok… I remember this assclown. I was the Admin Officer at NHCS Great Lakes when he was there. He was a real soup sandwich (in every sense of the word). Looked like a bag of ass in uniform, had a “know it all” mentality in the classroom, and was not supporting his Baby Momma back in the SEATAC area, and on top of that, he was bouncing checks at the NEX. The CO at the time ran his ass out of the school (she tore him a new one… was pissed because he was a lot older that the average student and pulling stupid crap).
BTW – he was telling that shit about “Black Hawk Down” and being a former SF guy. I remember calling him out about his “honorable service” in front of the CPO review board… we wanted to run his ass out of the Navy at that time, but the CO wanted to give him a chance somewhere else.
