It’s still a very dangerous storm and anything can happen but in spite of the breathless, doom and hype reporting, Jindal appears rock solid.

Haven’t heard anything out of Ray Nagin all day; that’s probably a good thing.

My brother is a good friend of Bobby, and from what he has said –in addition to the opinions of all my other friends who live down in NOLA– Jindal is the real deal, one who gets it done.

Gov. Blanco couldn’t hold a candle to him.
