While the Republican administration wrestles with the potential of a Katrina-like disaster in New Orleans, while millions of people are scambling out of the way of the killer storm fearing for their lives and their property (Washington Times link), the Democrats find it reason to joke that “God is on [their] side”;
In the video, former DNC Chairman Dan Fowler jokes that God is on their side and Michael Moore jokes with Keith Olberman that Gustav proves there is a God. Isn’t it nice to be the party out of power and not responsible for actually accomplishing something. Isn’t it nice to be so cavalier about Americans in danger?
