Kamala Harris’ Secret Service protection revoked

Vice presidents normally get secret service protection for up to six months after leaving office. However, a Biden order extended Harris’ protection by another six months, giving her a year’s worth of post vice presidency protection. President Donald Trump revoked Biden’s order. Consequently, Harris has until September 1, 2025, before she needs to find an alternative security arrangement. She loses this protection in time to promote her book, “107 Days.”

From Fox News:

A spokesperson for Kamala Harris confirmed to Fox News on Friday that the former vice president’s Secret Service protection has been revoked by President Donald Trump.

The spokesperson added that there was no reason given as to why it was removed.

A senior White House official told Fox News Digital that vice presidents usually have a Secret Service detail for only six months after departing office.

A source briefed on the matter also told Fox News that the decision to revoke Harris’ Secret Service protection was made yesterday and that is when the Secret Service was notified.

Former President Joe Biden signed an executive memorandum before leaving office which extended Harris’ protection for an additional year after the normal six months that former vice presidents received in the past.

On Thursday, Trump rescinded that memorandum and Harris’ Secret Service protection officially ends on Sept. 1.

  1. Well, Have at it. More pearl clutching and wailing coming soon to a LSM near you.

  2. This is entirely so when she is arrested along with the Clintons, Bidens and Obamas and dragged off to GITMO, it won’t be an embarassment or interference from the SS Detail.

*starts conspircy shit and then runs off* 😀

  3. 107 Days? Might get that for the fireplace because it’s a few dollars cheaper than the kindling I could get at the store.

  4. What’s she afraid of?
According to Democrats crime is either plummeting to nothing or its just part of history and we need to get used it.

    1. I think it’s the perks that come with it. USSS protectees get special treatment wherever they go. No standing in line at the airport or shuffling through any security checkpoints at sporting events. You get the extra special VIP back stage pass everywhere all the time. As Hunter Biden showed, you can even commit felonies and recklessly abandon firearms, and if you’re under their umbrella you get it all hushed up at the taxpayers’ expense.

  5. (WHEW!) THERE’S a few SecServ guys & gals breathing a sigh of relief, that they won’t have to protect/be near/listen to Code Name: “Cackle”.

  6. So who exactly would want her dead? The Republicans love her. Field her in every election, America needs to be unburdened by another Kamala Harris loss. Maybe she should be wary of the Democrat Machine. She burned through over a billion dollars in less than 3 months, and a year later she is still sending emails to Hack addressing him as “Kate” asking for money to keep the fight going.

      1. Much like why the Ally leadership in WWII did not want Hitler assassinated. As long as he was fucking things up, it kept someone competent from running the Nazi War Machine.

    1. I always wondered what Hack Stone’s real name was. Clearly Hack is a Cardi B voter. Keep the fight going Kate/ Hack Stone!

As a weird side note, I don’t recall seeing a single TV ad for Harris, and practically no internet ads, except when I was reading on some far left website to find what they were angry about this time. So could it be? She bought advertising on media that was already solidly in her corner? And she can’t figure out why she lost?

      1. You could say that she was preaching to the choir, but the Democrat Party does not recognize mainstream religions. Something about the patriarchy. Or maybe climate change. Who knows, who cares?

        1. That is one of the most brilliant things I have ever heard a Harris supporter say. I am totally with her too. I wanna know what the gubmint is doin with my fookin money too and I don’t even have rats on my train.

  7. “They can’t take away my Secret Service protection, because if it’s taken away it won’t exist. And the thing about existence, it means it’s there, and it means to exist.”

    1. Are you Kackles speech writer? Well done. Im surprised she wasn’t a shoe in with her ability to turn phrases or create sound bytes. Oh, what could have been (sigh).

  8. How much would you be willing to bet that it was the ghost signature machine, under duress from harris, that signed the order to extend the security detail.
