    1. Jesus’s sacrifice removed the need for us to sacrifice prized animals to redeem ourselves as part of requesting forgiveness from God. Now it is just a matter of stepping onto the path that God laid out for us.

      It is through regretting not walking this path, in favor of walking God’s path, that we “resurrect”, aka return to being alive spiritually.

Went for the X-Ray, and on his way back to the Waiting Room, he notices a young Army PFC with Easter on his name tape. Hack asked him if his name rally is Easter, he confirms that it is, and Hack comments that the Army has a cruel streak. He seemed to not mind, saying “Easter is working on Easter.” They better not have him working Christmas.

His goons are well paid (and NOT in 13% off discount coupons for softwear), draw excellent rations, and have a multitude of refreshing beverages available to them.     1. The Lenten Season ended at sundown, Holy Thursday. From Sundown, Holy Thursday, to sundown tonight is the Easter Triduum, the shortest season on the church calendar. Even though Lent ended at sundown Thursday, the Lenten fast continued until Saturday. :mrgreen:

    But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: And if Christ be not risen, then [is] our preaching vain, and your faith [is] also vain.     Upon the resurrection of Christ hinges all our hope and our faith.
    The logic doesn’t get any clearer than this.

      1. “I am” is the name given by the angel of God to Moses. In the Bible I read, they all caps it when Jesus uses it like in your image: I AM. Jesus spoke on behalf of the 10 Commandments, given by God’s angel, and he embodied the 10 Commandments and God’s other commandments in action.

        God’s commandments are life, those who embed God’s commandments in their actions embrace life. Belief, faith, and hope, all relate to action… People express their belief, faith, and hope in God/Jesus through walking the walk when it comes to implementing the commandments in their actions.

        By demonstrating their hope, faith, belief via embedding God’s commandments in their actions, they embrace eternal life and thus “live.” When they turn back from sin, they effectively “rise from the dead (laws of the beast)” and resurrect into life (being alive spiritually).
