A federal Judge orders Virginia to put verified noncitizens back on the voter lists

The second phase of early voting in Virginia kicked in with the opening of satellite voting locations today. However, Virginia is dealing with a judge order that appears to violate both Virginia and federal law. Earlier this year, Governor Glenn Youngkin announced the removal of thousands of non-citizens from the voter rolls. A judge’s ruling called for the reinstatement of 1,500 verified non-citizens back to the voter rolls. Even though these individuals were verified to be noncitizens, some media are twisting this as if they were “alleged” to be noncitizens.

Governor Glenn Younkin’s statement:

“Let’s be clear about what just happened: only eleven days before a Presidential election, a federal judge ordered Virginia to reinstate over 1,500 individuals–who self-identified themselves as noncitizens–back onto the voter rolls. Almost all these individuals had previously presented immigration documents confirming their noncitizen status, a fact recently verified by federal authorities.

“This is a Virginia law passed in 2006, signed by then-Governor Tim Kaine, that mandates certain procedures to remove noncitizens from the voter rolls, with safeguards in place to affirm citizenship before removal–and the ultimate failsafe of same-day registration for U.S. citizens to cast a provisional ballot. This law has been applied in every Presidential election by Republicans and Democrats since enacted 18 years ago.

“Virginia will immediately petition the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and, if necessary, the U.S. Supreme Court, for an emergency stay of the injunction.”

      1. Gotta love Maricopa county. It’s the only county you need to cheat in. I’m never sure if they’re crooked, sloppy, or both.

  1. First they came for the non-citizens on the voting rolls, and Hack said nothing because he is a citizen. Then they came for the non-living on the voting rolls, and Hack said nothing because he is undead. Then they came for the Deplorables on the voting rolls, and there was no one to defend Hack.

    1. Like I said — for people who clutch pearls at the “attempted insurrection” of Jan 6, 2021 and claim to be trying to “save democracy” (whatever the fuck that’s supposed to mean…) and avoid a revolution they seem to be pushing for those who are fed up (which is most of America) to pull the trigger on it. They want that. They want it so bad.

Low IQ pussies like Commissar pull the knobs out of their cock garages long enough to argue back some idiotic rebuttal on that — but it’s true.

    2. They only want to replace us with compliant third world semiliterate illegals they believe they can control. They believe they will be able to win every election with them, when combined with their voting chicanery. When combined with their other strategies, four more senators, abolishing the filibuster rule, and packing the Supreme Court, the Progs believe they can ultimately establish one-party rule for decades. Their power will be unassailable. They will control all three branches of the federal government, plus the media and the education system.

  2. It’s happening everywhere from Alabama to Wyoming, but especially in the battleground states, which Virginia technically still is.

    1. Haven’t you been reading the internet? They say that all claims that the 2020 election was riddled with fraud are Trump lies.. they’ve just been saying it about his appearance last night on Rogans podcast.

          1. The Boers were happy to have “coloreds” fight with them, just like the CSA’s army did in our Civil War.

  3. My two cents, Mr. Youngkin:

Ignore that order. It’s unlawful for the judge to order that.

  4. So, I was reading Mark Esper, Trump’s secretary of defense after Mattis, and that sneaveling weasel backstabbed Trump several times, and continues to do so on the Democrat media.
How can a lifelong Republican, retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, that served in the Gulf War, become so enraged with TDS?

Oh never mind. I just answered my own question.

    1. True, Trump might be President Camacho, but Esper, Milley and Kelly, etc. honestly feel that’s worse than some greasy bureaucrat and/or America-disliking elitist from whom at least they know what good-ol’-boy sh*t to expect. That’s it– better a “professional” who makes a mess, then an amateur who does better.

      1. President Camacho changed the world by putting his faith in someone smarter than himself. It was his patronage that allowed Joe to save the human race.

    2. Yeah, really sad how previously decent, and even top notch officers turned to shit Mattis was the biggest disappointment IMHO, though Esper was a shitbag for sure.

      1. They sold-out their integrity and manhood to “it’s not what you know, it’s who you blow” for career advancement. WTF, over?!

Obviously, they don’t give a sh*t about their country or those they led, just themselves finally.

    1. I just back from early voting Brevard County, FL, and it was a breeze. I cast my ballots for a Republicans for federal, state, county, and local races. You can’t give those people an inch…

      1. Not stealing it, but redistributing it to those who will appreciate.

And Fyrfighter is correct. That’s gotta hurt.

A question before I go, but does his views make him not black?

  5. And what if the Governors of VA and AZ (and everywhere else removing illegals from the voting rolls) decide to ignore The Black Robed Vulture’s non-Constitutional and illegal pronouncements? Hmmmm? Now what?
Reminds me of…..I don’t remember the background, and I’m too tired to look it up, I’m probably quoting it all wrong……”He has made his pronouncements. Now let him back it up”.

    1. The governor of AZ is never going to do that. Katie Hobbs was the AZ secretary of state prior to her election. A questionable, sloppily run and sloppily investigated run by who? The secretary of state, Katie Hobbs, who should’ve stepped down immediately after announcing her candidacy. The investigation was so inept (Maricopa County refused to release a shit-ton of records) that both sides essentially declared victory when no firm conclusions were reached. The AZ voter problem is due to a lack of citizenship verification of ALL licenses over a certain time period. It is believed nearly all of them are citizens. But… the court isn’t interested in legality.

    2. My thoughts exactly. If he were to ignore, how long would it take to end up back in court. Who would arrest the gov, and what happens if the folks sent to arrest said pound sand. State police? National Guard? County sheriff? FBI? It’s a state issue it seems, so the feds wouldn’t have standing, election year or not. I may be wrong, but will listen to what those that have a more legal background have to say.

    3. Believe Joe Stalin said it of the Pope. Think he also asked “how many divisions does he have?”

    4. In Worcester v. Georgia, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall opined that the land claimed by the Cherokee Nation in Georgia belonged to that tribe, and not that of the U.S. government. President Andrew Jackson blatantly ignored the Court’s decision, reportedly saying “John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it.” The result was the exile of Cherokees from their homeland and resettlement in present-day Oklahoma (See also “Trail of Tears”).

      1. I bet those are mail-in ballots. Note that they show no signs of having been folded so the could be put in the envelope.

  6. When I see the name Maricopa the first thought that comes to mind is Sheriff Joe’s pink bologna.

        1. And no AC. Maybe they had fans to move air, but doubtful. Some enterprising inmate would create a weapon or 2.

  7. Sons of bitches anyway! Da fuck is happening? Well, I know, but I just can’t figure out why it is so blatant. But I guess I can.

By the way, can I get ballots to vote in Canadian, Mexican or any other nation’s elections?

    I thought so.

    1. That’s gotta leave a mark… best part is, it’s just video of her, and rebuttals from those she persecuted…

    2. With a swipe of my pen ….. ruin somebody’s life forever.

She hasn’t forgotten that lesson, and would be all to willing to impose the same deal on anybody who dared rise up and shout FKH.

      1. She did seem pretty happy and impressed with that power, and made it clear she enjoyed doing just that.

        She is truly evil.

  8. This is why I don’t vote: I do not count the votes and I do not trust those who do; the only ones that matters are those who count the votes…. All I trust about the registration process is that it puts my name on a list. All I care about when it comes to laws are the ones I believe in. I’m not a criminal, but I’m more than willing to become one the moment abiding by the law means sacrificing my inalienable rights.

  9. If Hawaii can blow off the Supreme Court, then Youngkin can tell this robed idiot to pound sand.

  10. Youngkin should simply do the socialist democrat thing and refuse to comply. While appealing the ruling.,

    1. The State of Virginia filed for an immediate injunction with the U.S. Supreme Court today.
