Chalk up another one to the Marines. A Marine veteran drank beer from her prosthetic leg during a Lakers game. She was caught on video, and won a $100 gift card as “fan of the game”.

A U.S. Marine Corps vet was the star of the show at the Laker game on Monday … when she filled her prosthetic leg with beer and chugged it on video!!
The whole thing was displayed on the scoreboard during L.A.’s matchup against the Indiana Pacers … when Annika Hutsler took advantage of her very first NBA game in epic fashion.
The fans in attendance clearly loved the stunt … cheering her on as she downed her drink.

The move resulted in Hutsler earning the title of “fan of the game” … which came with a $100 gift card.
Hutsler — who enlisted in the USMC in 2017 — decided to have her leg amputated in 2019 after several attempts to have a tumor removed from her foot … and has since transitioned to careers in acting, modeling and sports.
In fact, she won silver medals in the 100-meter and 200-meter wheelchair races at the U.S. Department of Defense Warrior Games.
As for the game, Hutsler — who jokingly admitted she was rooting against the Lakers — got to see a good contest … but ultimately, LeBron James and Co. blew a 17-point lead to lose to the Pacers, 116-115.
Not the wildest thing I have seen my fellow Marines do. the other Marines on here now what I am talking about.

And my guess is that the leg brew wasn’t the first alcohol she had that evening.

In 85 at the Yuma E club saw a group of grunts come in from the field all dirty. They pulled a boot off a guy and left the sock in it. they then filled the boot with beer and wrung the sock out, passed it around everyone got a drink. One of the nastiest things I have seen.
Cool.
Even better LeTurd James got the “L”.
At least they didn’t have to carry him off the court due to a cramp like Pro Soccer players when they “have a boo-boo”!

Mentor & friend who gave his leg @ LZ Russel in February 25, 1969 wears his early 90’s prosthetic on the Corps Birthday & again on February 25 to partake in the downing of Stag beer from said leg. He’s also generous enough to share with anyone who is within shouting distance. Awesome to see the reactions from strangers when they realize what is happening😳
