  1. No sign of John Fonda-Kerry, offering to surrender them, for the greater cause, to the U.N.

    1. John “Lurch” Kerry is too busy running around in his private jet telling everyone who isn’t a rich pampered liberal like him to eat bean sprouts and ride the bus whenever he isn’t living it up in one of his mansions or relaxing on his luxurious yacht registered in RI so he doesn’t have to pay the MA Luxury tax on it!

  2. Well that’s pretty interesting. Looks like the Donbas region has been “fighting” for independence for awhile. While the “Azov Battalion” of the Ukrainian National Guard was deemed a terrorist unit by the US Congress in 2015, and not eligible for any type of foreign aid. Any wagers on whether that’s still being followed? I see they have their own version of “Hitler Youth”, they call them “youth corps.” Trained to fire weapons and obey orders in the name of Ukraine. Great stuff. Couldn’t make it up. It’s like nobody ever reads a history book.

    1. One of my neighbors was 12 years old when she had to join the Hitler Youth in Germany. I used to ask her to go to the local schools and tell the students her story or even write a book but as the old saying goes, no soap on either.

      1. I had a German econ teacher in college who served in the Hitler Jugend. He was quite proud of this. He said it was better than the Boy Scouts, cuz you don’t get to shoot submachine guns in the Boy Scouts.

    2. So less than 1% of the forces fighting to free
Ukraine are Nazis so therefore the whole country is bad. Where have I heard that before? Oh wait I know…

  3. Is Hitlery’s influence on Putin stronger than Prezzy Sniffy Creepy’s influence on his money launderers in the ‘Kraine? Asking for a friend.

Again…my sympathies lie only with the innocents caught up in this sh^t as cannon fodder.

    1. Are the newly hatched “there I was in Kyiv…” POSers calling it the U of the Kraine yet?

    1. The sad part is that Russia can lose every single tactical engagement and still come out ahead, strategically.

This bombing run, if legitimate, only hurts Ukrainian influence on the Black Sea (should they ever regain control).

Those bombs would serve a much more effective role if they struck Anapa or Novorossiysk instead of what is a largely pointless island in this particular conflict.
