Rowan Dean is an Australian television personality and political commentator. A perusal of his Wikipedia page shows much criticism of his positions on political correctness and cancel culture (he’s against), that he’s a “climate change denier”, and a supporter of Trump.
Like Pepperidge Farms, Rowan also remembers all the left wing celebrities and politicians calling for riots, violence, and murder towards President Trump and his supporters.

FWIW: the video linked above by Berliner isn’t the same as that on the CNN article you linked, 5JC. So the claim of “never before seen” may well be correct.
