Oldest Marine passes away, age 107

KoB sends in word that Dorothy “Dot” Cole has passed away at age 107. She was the oldest living Marine until her death.

The News & Observer does a great write up on Dot and her journey through service during World War II. We talked about this amazing lady on her birthday a few months back. Oldest living US Marine celebrates 107th birthday in North Carolina.
