Nashville bombing suspect died in explosion

Just saw this.

Authorities confirmed Warner owned the RV that exploded in downtown Nashville
By Danielle Wallace, David Spunt

The suspect behind the Christmas Day bombing in downtown Nashville has been identified as 63-year-old Anthony Quinn Warner, authorities confirmed during a press conference Sunday.

Police said Warner owned the RV that exploded in downtown Nashville early Friday, and that he died in the blast.

Human tissue was found amongst the debris left behind by the explosion, and DNA examinations of tissue samples by The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and FBI were found to be consistent with Warner. In addition, the Tennessee Highway Patrol uncovered a vehicle identification number from the remains of the RV, which revealed it was registered to Warner.

Authorities said that, while they are still following leads, there is “no indication” that any other people were involved.

          1. So now, on top of all your other “talents”, you’re a mind reader?

          2. Lars,
Been reading lots of the comments you post…
Papa would’ve pegged you as “10 pounds of bullshit in a five pound bag”.
            Papa was a smart man..

    1. Apparently, he was a conspiracy theorist but reporting is kind of all over the place right now.

      1. And he was another one of those horrible Boomers.

Three more Boomers down in Illinois…

You and your ANTIBA buddies (Anti-Boomer Assholes) are closing out the year in fine fashion, Larsie.

      2. Really? Want to pull any other BS out of your ass?

This is as silly as saying if a bad guy does bad guy shit, “well, he’s black. What did you expect?”

Linear and critical thinking isn’t just a phrase you fuskin racist.

Of course you won’t reply. Because you’re an intellectual coward.

  1. My copper foil hat is on

    BHWHAHAHAHA !!!!!!!

    Crazy ass conspiracy nut

I wonder what his take was on contrails

  2. Because that dude owned the van does not necessarily means he is the bomber.

We are living in sad times when not even the FBI can be trusted at face value. Four years ago, I wouldn’t have believed the FBI was to lose their credibility so fast.

The saddest part is that nothing happens overnight, so they must have been this corrupt for a very long time, until it became obvious the institution had been swamped by corrupt political ideologues of the progressive persuasion.

    1. That is true. But “lone nut who chose to go out with a bang” (or did so via accident or carelessness) is a simpler theory. Occam’s razor.

      1. Yet we’re still waiting to hear what was discovered about Stephen Paddock, motivations, etc.

Three days versus three years (and counting). Pardon me if I seem a bit cynical vis-a-vis some LEO agencies these days.

      2. Uh, I don’t think we can entertain the idea that the explosion was an accident or carelessness, given the loud speaker statements emanating from the RV that there was going to be an explosion and demanding evac of the area.

  3. I am willing to bet he was one of those “5G causes cancer, global warming, mind control, dead bees, etc” morons.

As an RF engineer who has been definitely subjected to many times the FCC limits for occupational exposure, I can attest that it is all bullshit. After all, I good feel normal still.

    1. Worked around SHF RF most of my adult life, I’m fine. Except I’m bald. Nearsighted. And my wife says I have a slight glow during thunderstorms.

    2. Bim – amen to that. I work in the IT field, and I actually have co-workers that believe that 5G crap. It gets quite tiring.

    3. Considering the power they put out, you’d have to sit your man berries on them to ever see any effects.

      An air-search radar, OTOH….

  4. The near-total silence on “why”, is often a tell for “left” or other protected ideology.

Not always. Often enough to raise an eyebrow.

Or, this was truly a nut.

Has there ever been a bombing in the USA with this much effort to avoid casualties?

A -suicide- bombing not intended to massacre?

Crazy is contagious. Perhaps the intended effect it making others crazy figuring it out.

  5. This has a Unabomber feel to the story. An “outsider” with certain grudge against a company and/or industry. The location of the detonation was no accident, and he chose a time when the streets would be empty and issued a warning which is un-Unabomber like in that aspect. Unlike the twits in the Twitter-verse, I feel this was not a political act. He was someone that needed help…

    1. Sadly, he didn’t seek help. My guess is that he lived alone and didn’t have anyone to intervene. I’m just grateful that no one was killed. It was a pretty powerful device…

      1. Just what you need to explain a bomb that takes out a building that may or may not have contained voting machines awaiting analysis. Don’t know if this is true but Lin Wood has put forth the theory

  6. I believe that boy’s cheese done slid off his cracker. (can we still say “cracker”?) Or maybe his cornbread ain’t baked all the way thru the middle?
