    So logically, MESNA member/MEMS instructor w/ TS clearance posts it on his very public website. Way to go, DUMBASS. No wonder you are a ballwasher on the graveyard shift at TopGolf. The fact that the TSG let’s ritards like you manage or teach anything speaks volumes about the TSG (or “The Guard” as you like to call it). How’s the valve doing?

    1. I definitely see more doctoring going on. He showed another email screen capture where the colonel says, “Nope, haven’t heard anything yet!” …or something like that. Now it’s this, “Really? News to me.”

      If this is from one Texas State Guard member to another, about something of this nature, it goes without saying that this would be treated as for official use only. It wouldn’t need to be mentioned.

      Also, his other letter showed Texas State Guard email accounts, this one shows what looks like commercial accounts.

      Something of this nature should go over official email channels.

      In both email accounts, it showed a tone that’s consistent with Dennis Howard Chevalier’s tone. Someone showed a link to Howard N. Palmer’s comments… different from what Dennis Howard Chevalier shows.

      The more recent one also has some inconsistencies. For example, it states this…

      “it is my duty as your commander to tell you of my decision.”

      …then why hasn’t he “heard” anything yet? Why is this “news” to him if he’s the one that’s going to be making a decision?

      All of these “samples” from “COL Palmer, Howard N.”, appear to be written by Dennis Howard Chevalier… mixed in with his doctoring abilities.

      Dennis Howard Chevalier is so desperate, he’s manufacturing “evidence” to try to prove us wrong.

      The fact remains, he has been kicked out of the Texas State Guard. At this point, he’s making a false claim of being a current member of the Texas State Guard.

      I’d recommend that he form a one man home defense force, but I’m afraid that he’d get discharged in day one. :mrgreen:

    If the person were military he whould be up for a article 134, and others articles from the Code of Military Justice for a Courts-Martial.
    His sentence for this crime, if I have all my facts straight from what I am told about what he did, he would have to serve 40 years in the stockade.

    For civilians, during time of war, and we are at war, he would and could be given a sentance of up to 120 years for tression for tampering with a government owned computer, or receive the death penality U.S.C. 80.

Sigh…this is probably a way too big request, but the only thing I can say I don’t like about this new website format is the cumbersome clicking and loading periods required to go to older comments. Could we maybe just go to the old scroll down option and then number them like before to make them easy to navigate? The reason is, if Chevy’s fakery ever becomes an even bigger issue with the general public and people are coming here to look at the evidence, the comments and the additional digging that was done in them are extremely relevant; TAH is, after all, centered primarily on the experience in the comment sections. And nobody is going to click through 3k comments to see where the douchebaggery begins and how it progresses, so many of the rebuttals to Chevy’s claims could be out of reach. We want it all on record. Just my idle thought.

    Class went well, very informative.

    Here’s the run down.
    He is a former Air Force pilot, peace officer, and does profiling for law enforcement.
    He holds classes 6 days a week at his house. Provides a small breakfast and a simple lunch and admits it is better on Saturday when his wife cooks it.

    He is adamant on gun safety and cleaning.. After the range session he goes over cleaning and everyone cleans their handgun then.

    He has a small room where he teaches up to 6 students at a time using a combination of discussion, powerpoint style presentation and video.

    The range (Shoot Smart ) is about 1/2 a mile as the crow flies so timing there is primarily lane availability which was no problem.

    Frequent breaks to keep everyone from getting to stiff helped.

    A month or so later I remember receiving posts on my page (not in a private message or email) by him cursing demanding to remove those links claiming I stole his work. That was ludicrous I thought and blocked him for his incensed profanity on my page and thought no more about it until February 17 of 2014.

    On that day I saw links to a site called “This Ain’t hell but you can see it from here”; another site that goes after stolen valor offenders. Those links were in reference to me claiming I was a fake Lt.Col in the Civil Air Patrol and a fake Lt.Col. in the USAF. I was incensed.

    The last time someone made that kind of remark was in early 2000 because he didn’t like my degrees I had nor did he understand that in CAP, we use the USAF uniform. It was handled back then and I assumed over.

    Scotty Hughes was so bent on my copying his links onto my FB page, he went after me in the same manner that a Jim Parker did in 2003. Mind you, these “offenses” happened back then, never again and yet Mr. Hughes was after me like I was wearing medals I didn’t earn and making claims I was stealing valor in present day.

    None of the claimed actions against me are a violation of any version of the stolen valor act. Nothing criminal or civil was committed by me intentionally or unintentionally.

    I tried to explain to the cadre of This Ain’t Hell. But they just wanted to curse me and call me names and make up additional false claims…whatever they pooped out of their….mouth, they put in the forum as if it were fact.

    It got real bad when they invited my ex-wife Dora, the un-medicated bipolar onto the site to spew her hate and lies. The cadre then went on a search and destroy mission to publicly eviscerate me basing their attacks on me from the emotional vomit of my ex-wife.

    According to my son Bryan, they hacked my sons email account to post a private letter written under duress guided by Dora when she has her hands on my son.

    They contacted my employers in the Texas State Guard and past police chiefs spewing their stories and their own home-spun lies.

    They pressured the TXSG to fire me (using the squeaky wheel gets the grease attack) and they continue to follow me everywhere on the internet posting links to their terrorism.

    They even made wanted posters and had locals place them in Irving at my apartment complex and in Wilmer where I was a SWAT Lt.

    They have searched and found EVERY entry to ANY media I have ever made in my life and commented on it in a manner to discredit me and ANYONE associated with me.

    They have hounded me ever since Feb. 17th, 2014 non-stop 24/7 with continued threats they will keep after me to make sure I never date any woman again nor have any employment.

    They expanded their attack to make false claims of mental instability to federal agencies I am licensed with like BATF, the FAA and so on.

    They have attacked state agencies I hold licenses with like the TX DPS security board against my Private Investigators license and the Concealed handgun program.

    They have publicly accused me of assaulting my ex-wives’ and former girlfriends.

    They have gone to bulletin boards I volunteered at and spew forth more emotional vomit to places that have nothing to do with stolen valor and yet they say they have just begun.

    Having a perfectly clean criminal history with no complaints made no difference to these thugs when presented this information.

    These terrorists using the guise of being former military operatives (most of which are not by their own admission) have caused me heavy financial loss, emotional terrorism and hardship and all because I posted three links on my Facebook site from Scotty Hughes blog and refuse to admit to their absurd claims.

    Mr. Hughes claims to be a former Marine yet he has two convictions for felony theft by check and the others at “This Ain’t Hell” all use monikers instead of real names so you cannot reveal their true identity. I believe it is because they too have similar criminal histories and or fake claims of police or military backgrounds.

    These are internet terrorists, a collection of cyberbullies, acting out of self-righteous rage and sadistic enjoyment at the demise of unsuspecting persons that violate their code of behavior (which they do not themselves subscribe to) until you admit to whatever ridiculous claims they charge you with and publicly beg for mercy.

    They will violate privacy laws and post private protected employment documents they obtain by coercion from others under the threats of doing the same to them if they do not comply.

    They hide behind the 1st amendment and claim everything is protected by there are limits to that protection.

    You do understand that who you taught is public information, right? How difficult would it be to contact former students of yours and simply ask them if you ever claimed to be a retired USAF pilot?

    Go ahead. Pull out those class rosters, if they weren’t destroyed in your mythical great Irving TX flood, and try contacting each of them to tell them how they should answer us when we ask them that one, simple question. Yeah, deni peni, that sounds like a really good idea, if soliciting perjury is your idea of a good idea.

          Dennis didn’t come on that because he thoguht it was flattering. Funny, I bet those people in Texas State Guard treated Dennis with utmost respect and maybe actually liked him. Now he wants to badmouth those TSG people. He pretty much wants to sell each and every one of them down the river.
