He was arrested again in 2016 and relases once again
BUT what many don’t know is that he also served Federal Time @ a Virginia federal Prison back in 2004-05 and from my source tells me he used tell other inmates he was a US Marine Mayor and was in prison for not wanting to go back to IRAQ.
