Im not totaly sure other than he a tool bag, but arent the very top wings hes got on for fixed wing pilots,hence officers? Ive been yelled at a few times by officers, i was in a grunt btn, that how come ive noticed that, plus all the shiny stuff is on the wrong side like eveyone else already said!
