Friday morning feel good story

Today’s feel good story about troubled youths turning their lives around comes from Texas;

According to police, a man was walking along the sidewalk when a vehicle drove up next to him. The driver pulled out a gun and demanded money. However, the pedestrian was armed as well, and he started firing. The robbery suspect was struck by the gunfire.

The suspected robber’s car then crashed into a covered bus stop bench. That suspect was taken to a nearby hospital, but later pronounced dead.

  1. Not many would accuse these lowlife types of being smart.
    Most of them are only smarter than an unsuccessful Oregon shyster, or a pukey purple suited has been skydiver.

    Drive-by holdup guy.

    Well, that’s a new one. I guess it didn’t work out quite as well as the holdup guy thought it would, or something?

  3. Another successful launching of a well deserved trip to the great ghetto in the sky !!!

    Texas would seem to be a spectacularly bad place to try to rob people on the street. Texans do love their guns, and tend to know how to use them.

    A very short “Thank you” to the would-be robber. He removed himself from the gene pool.
    A big “Thank you” to the intended victim, for your reactions and your aim. Well done..
