? 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky, about 900 personnel.
? 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, about 1,725 personnel.
I’m just hoping that they’ll send out pink slips before the deployment this time…or wait until they return. Or just change their minds about drawing down altogether. I guess Fort Campbell is going to be a ghost town.

Yep, someone has to pull rear guard and I damn sure would want warriors I could trust to do so.
Well if we shit can their Captains and Majors before they get there maybe we could keep those kids here and not get any of them killed for what is rapidly turning into a waste in Afghanistan.
Why are we placing anyone in harm’s way when there is no intent to do anything other than hang on for a while?
God bless then and bring them home safely. I don’t understand the need to send them, except for time rotation of those already there and for security. Obama has no plan for anything except his library and after White House life. The rest of the nation can go to hell in his opinion.

The number is around 950 now and, with these additional troops, heading into the thousands. Yep, we won’t be fighting again in Iraq. I guess that means our people will not be authorized to return fire. Bastard. Enough of this shit.
