He argued that back then, people needed to get on their horses to go to the state capital to vote. But, because of technological advances, we didn&#8217;t need to do that&#8230; The Electoral College was &#8220;no longer needed and was outdated&#8221;.\u00a0 I informed him about the Constitution giving the states the right to vote for President. This individual claimed that he taught the Constitution for 21 years.
