Enjoy astounding panoramic ocean views,\u201d a listing on Redfin.com reads.<\/p>\n According to the listing, a \u201cformer commander\u2019s office\u201d on the site was converted to a five-bedroom, two-bath home in 2003. There are also \u201clucrative cell tower leases in place with opportunity for more,\u201d the listing says.<\/p>\n Now zoned for recreational use, the property was owned and operated by the Air Force from the 1940s until 1980.
