No rest for the weary, Delta Whiskies and Whiskettes. Still wondering where the Good Idea Fairy that roped me into this came from. Georgia, I think. Anyway Friday’s Recipe as promised is authentic Huevos Rancheros, and here ’tis.<\/p>\n
You’ll need:<\/strong> Meanwhile, combine the refried beans and butter in a microwave-safe dish. Cover, and cook in the microwave until heated through. \n1 cup refried beans with green chilies
\n1 teaspoon butter
\n4 eggs
\n1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
\n8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
\n\u00bd cup salsa
\nYou’ll do:
