Gunman Critically Hurt After Men He Was Shooting At Return Fire, Police Say<\/strong><\/p>\n

A 47-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot multiple times after he allegedly fired shots at two men on Chicago\u2019s Southwest Side on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n

According to Chicago police, two men, ages 29 and 21, were driving in the 7900 block of South Knox Avenue in the city\u2019s Scottsdale neighborhood on Sunday evening when another man pulled out a gun and began shooting at their car.<\/p>\n

Both men then pulled out their own weapons, striking the 47-year-old man multiple times.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

DELTONA, Fla. \u2013 A Florida man was shot by a mother of three after deputies say he broke into her Deltona, Florida home early Tuesday morning, March 31 because he thought that dinosaurs were chasing him.<\/p>\n

Officials with the Volusia County Sheriff\u2019s Office said this happened at a home on the 2600 block of Libby Court.<\/p>\n

According to deputies, Joseph Roberts, 32, tried to break into the home around 5:45 a.m. by shattering a front window.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe woman inside, a 42-year-old mother with several teenagers in the house, called 911, saying, \u2018I don\u2019t want to shoot him, but I\u2019m going to have to! Get out of my window! Get out of my window!’\u201d<\/p>\n

Sheriff Mike Chitwood said during a press conference that the mother gave White several verbal warnings to leave. When he didn\u2019t, she opened fire.<\/p>\n

When deputies arrived, the sheriff said they found Roberts in the house \u2014 and he had quite an interesting story.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe told us that the dinosaurs were chasing him and he thought he got some bad weed,\u201d said Chitwood.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
