In his latest bit of media whoring he gave an interview with Digital Journal<\/a>, who are also apparently retarded because Matthis and the interviewer talk about his up coming “court-marshall.” Um. Are you kidding me? It’s “Court Martial” jackasses.<\/p>\n

Anyway, Matthis is being defended by some poor bastard JAG named Thomas M. Roughneen and will also have “Marjerie Conn, president of the National Lawyers Guild on hand to offer constitutional testimony.” They might want to start by telling Matthis to stop citing to Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution when he clearly has NO EFFEN CLUE what he is talking about.<\/p>\n

SD: Are there legal precedents for your actions? <\/p>\n

Chiroux: Sure. The Nuremberg Trials come to mind. However, many have decided International Law should not apply, despite Art. 6 Para. 2 of the Constitution. I don’t think anyone’s outright won a war resistance case in the U.S., but there’s a first time for everything. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Presumably you are trying to draw attention to the treaties portion thereof. Fine. The Nuremberg Trials were not a treaty. Further, the only thing (long lasting) to come out of the Nuremberg Trials was the International Criminal Court and the United States has never ratified anything with regard to it. <\/p>\n

I for one CAN NOT FRIGGIN WAIT to hear what Constitutional basis you have for refusing to honor your contractual obligation. Unfortunately, we likely won’t get to find out since no one gives two shits what your activist Constitutional “expert” has to say. <\/p>\n
