Just for S&Gs I looked back into the TAH archives, when Jonn first invited me to participate on the board in a more active status. He was ill at the time, hospitalized with pneumonia as I recall, and sent a spam asking for anyone willing to step up and help. I fucked up and jumped at the chance and was accepted, but received absolutely no love. Just access to the TAH Dashboard with exactly zero instruction. Sink or swim, pal. As an Editor I really couldn’t fuck things up too badly, and after some stick and rudder from Hardin I got the hang of what I was expected to do here.<\/p>\n
This was four years ago last month. Blows me away, seems like yesterday. Kind of painful looking back at my first attempts at posting, but my progression is very apparent, and I’m pretty happy where I am now.<\/p>\n
Guess TAH Management is too, or I’d have be gone in a New Yawk Second, long ago.<\/p>\n
Point of this? My job as I see it is to sort of fill in the gaps between Valor Thieves. They come and go as they will, and will gain deserved notoriety here only after strict protocols and custody chains of evidence are met. This diligence protects our MP brothers and sisters from lawsuits. Jonn was completely anal about this I’m told, even to the point of aggravation to others. But he never lost a court case, and by following in his footsteps, never will.<\/p>\n
Me? I just fill the void and entertain, with a couple other very talented posters. Panem et Circenses, as it were, until the heavy hitters at MP can post up the next Valor Thief. Hopefully with sock puppets.*grin* High speed and sexy on my part? Naw. Well, maybe sometimes-\u00a0 blind chipmunk and acorns.<\/p>\n
