We get calls all the time requesting that a blog on someone be taken down.\u00a0 We posted about Mike Sleeper HERE<\/a> and HERE<\/a> in years past.\u00a0 If we turn our backs on these clowns for any period of time they try to re-invent their story.\u00a0 That’s why it’s generally best to leave the post up, the old ones come in handy when we have to play Wack-A-Mole again and again.<\/p>\n The election is scheduled for May 22.<\/p>\n Last year, Sleeper emailed us that we were in error, but his emails stopped when we refused to take down the post about him. Locals are crediting us with his decision to quit local politics.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Mike Sleeper is using his little Indoctrination certificate to give unknowing civilians the impression that he actually was an Army Ranger and earned that TAB he was showing off.<\/p>\n For anyone who might be under the impression that Mike Sleeper is a trained Army Ranger who earned the right to claim a Ranger TAB…he did not.\u00a0 \u00a0Mike Sleeper was thrown out of the Army as a Private for Deralection of Duty and he earned an Other Than Honorable Discharge, not a Ranger TAB.<\/p>\n Individuals that are part of the Ranger Regiment are permitted to wear the Beret while they are assigned there.\u00a0 They even get called “Ranger” by some, but everyone knows its just an honorary kinda thing for being in a unit full of REAL ARMY RANGERS.<\/p>\n If you are assigned to a Navy Special Warfare Unit…that does not mean you are a SEAL.\u00a0 If you are deployed to support Marines…it doesn’t mean you are one of them either.\u00a0 If the Ranger Regiment says you can wear a hat…that don’t make ya Ranger Qualified.\u00a0 Most all those who serve in that manner do not try to pass themselves off as a Real Army Ranger,\u00a0 those who were thrown out of the unit and eventually the Army…should never try it.<\/p>\n If you were thrown out of the Army with an Other Than Honorable Discharge,\u00a0 you should probably hang that on the wall instead of a Ranger TAB you never earned.\u00a0 \u00a0I really wish he did have that piece of paper three years ago.\u00a0 We were told he was getting his records to prove he actually earned that TAB…still waiting…after all these years.<\/p>\n Mikey,\u00a0 please stop giving civilians the impression that you earned the Ranger TAB,\u00a0 don’t even leave them with the impression that you served Honorably.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
