<\/a><\/p>\nThe folks at MilitaryPhony<\/a> sent us their work on Howard “Paul” Kilbourn<\/a>.\u00a0 Kilbourn lives in Windsor, Colorado and is 37 years old at the time of this writing \u2013 March 2020.\u00a0 He seems to prefer to go by just \u201cPaul\u201d when he isn’t being called “The Reaper” or “The Devil of Afghanistan.”<\/p>\n On Kilbourn\u2019s Facebook profile, it states that he was a \u201cFormer Warfare Operator NAVY SEAL at U.S. Navy\u201d in addition to prominently displaying a U.S. Navy SEAL Trident.<\/p>\n As you drill down into the “About” section, you can see that he claims he was in the Navy from 1999-2000.<\/p>\n On a Wikiredia<\/a> page that bears his name, Kilbourn is listed as a Navy SEAL sniper in addition to a nickname of \u201cThe Reaper\u201d and \u201cThe Devil of Afghanistan.\u201d\u00a0 The latter may be a theme from the movie \u201cAmerican Sniper.\u201d<\/p>\n Also on this Wiki page, it claims he was with SEAL Team 3 and awarded a Silver Star and two (2) Bronze Stars (valor). It also says he participated in the Battle of Ramadi and the Second Battle of Fallujah (Operation Al-Fajr).<\/p>\n Kilbourn’s name was checked against the UDT\/SEAL archives and the UDT\/SEAL database and it was discovered that there is NO record of \u201cHoward Paul Kilbourn\u201d or any other variation of his name ever completing BUD\/S Training or assigned to any SEAL teams.<\/p>\n Also, there is no<\/strong><\/em> record of a Silver Star listed for Howard Paul Kilbourn at the following databases:<\/p>\n Kilbourn\u2019s military records were ordered from the Department of the Navy through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n\n
