It is not a legally binding verdict. The prosecutor may still file charges.<\/p>\n<p>The jury was charged with determining if criminal charges should be filed in connection with the incident or if the action was the result of non-criminal self-defense.<\/p>\n<p>Chambers died at a home near the Arkansas-Missouri state line, after he was reportedly stabbed in the chest with a \u201csword\u201d following the break out of a fight.<\/p>\n<p>The identity of the man who stabbed Chambers has not been released.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>1 \/ 0 \/ 0<br \/>\nRead the rest here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ktlo.com\/2020\/02\/20\/stabbing-death-believed-to-be-justifiable-homicide\/\">KTLO<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>KSP: Homeowner believed to have shot, killed intruder in Spencer Co.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>By Shellie Sylvestri<br \/>\nSPENCER COUNTY, Ky. (WAVE) \u2013 Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Taylorsville in Spencer County.<\/p>\n<p>KSP Trooper Stuart Jackson confirmed to WAVE 3 News that just before 1:30 p.m. Thursday, KSP Post 12 was called in reference to a disturbance at a home on the 4800 block of Plum Creek Road.<\/p>\n<p>Trooper Jackson said when investigators with KSP Post 12 and the Spencer County Sheriff\u2019s Office arrived on the scene, they found a man dead in the home. They shot him, and then held him until police arrived.<\/p>\n<p>During the same time-frame, police said it was reported that a teacher at a nearby elementary school had just been robbed at knife point. I think this was caused by complacency. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Two Bryan police officers injured after accidental shooting<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>By Michael Oder<br \/>\nAccording to officials, two officers with the department&#8217;s Tactical Response Team were injured when the gun went off.
