The Daily Mail reports that there is a chance that Mike Bloomberg is considering Hillary Clinton as a potential running mate. Internal polling has shown that the two would form a strong ticket. However, both Bloomberg and Clinton are emphasizing other important issues than the Vice President’s position.<\/p>\n

If this were to happen, Mike Bloomberg may change his residence from New York to either Florida or Colorado. This would make their ticket complaint with the 12th Amendment to the Constitution should they win.<\/p>\n

One consideration, for such a ticket, is the appeal to the Sanders section of the party. They’re not too happy with Hillary Clinton based on their experiences in 2016. Would Hillary take advantage of this opportunity if it’s offered?<\/p>\n

Bloomberg had endorsed Clinton over Trump in 2016, saying at the Democratic National Convention in July 2016 that though ‘there are times when I disagree with Hillary,’ the country must unite to ‘defeat a dangerous demagogue’.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘Let’s elect a sane, competent person with international experience,<\/span><\/strong>‘ Bloomberg said at the time.<\/p>\n

It’s been a busy week for Bloomberg as he was forced to apologize after a recording was leaked online of him talking bluntly about his stop-and-frisk policies.<\/p>\n

‘Ninety-five percent of your murders – murderers and murder victims – fit one M.O. You can just take the description, Xerox it and pass it out to all the cops,’ Bloomberg is heard saying in the recording.<\/p>\n

‘They are male minorities, 16 to 25. That’s true in New York. That’s true in virtually every city.’<\/p>\n

‘And that’s where the real crime is. You’ve got to get the guns out of the hands of the people that are getting killed.’<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
