Democrat supporters are demanding that Twitter and other platforms take down videos showing Nancy Pelosi ripping her copy of the State of the Union speech. Those who watched the State of the Union know that she ripped the copy of the speech.<\/p>\n

However, Democrat supporters, and Democrats, are arguing that this video was “doctored”. They claim that she is being portrayed as ripping the speech up after every story. Perhaps they’re referencing how some short videos repeat over and over again. Hence, Nancy Pelosi is shown ripping the speech “repeatedly”.<\/p>\n

However, the President and Vice President appear to be doing the same actions repeatedly as the copy of the speech is getting ripped. This is a video being replayed to emphasize the fact that Nancy Pelosi ripped the copy of the speech.<\/p>\n

Perhaps their excuse, that she is portrayed as ripping the speech after each story, may work on their supporters. Many of those, who support Bernie Sanders, believe that Sander’s socialist policies are “doable” and “workable”. They might believe this “doctored\/edited” claim as well.<\/p>\n

But Democrats objected to the video because it implies that Pelosi ripped up the papers after each story was told — which she did not.<\/p>\n

The video was also posted to Facebook. Hammill was quizzed by Facebook spokesman Andy Stone about what he found objectionable to the video: “Sorry, are you suggesting the President didn’t make those remarks and the Speaker didn’t rip the speech?”<\/p>\n

“What planet are you living on?” Hammill responded. “This is deceptively altered. Take it down.”<\/p>\n

Along with Escobar, other lawmakers rushed to condemn the video and social media platforms for not removing the video.<\/p>\n

“.@Twitter must take this misleading video about @SpeakerPelosi down now.,” Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., tweeted.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
