Spencer Daily, 21, was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter and willful discharge of a firearm under circumstances to endanger a life during a Jan. 6 general court martial.<\/p>\n<p>He was sentenced to 69 months of confinement, the Observer reports.<\/p>\n<p>Daily fatally shot Cpl. Tyler Wallingford, 21, of Standish about 9:30 p.m. April 12, 2019, at the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort.
