The website RawStory.com<\/a> wrote an interesting article, essentially highlighting a question posed by a NY Times journalist as to why Les Parnas would wear a medal designated for U.S. troops, titled:<\/p>\n

Why was Lev Parnas wearing a \u2018Presidential Service Badge\u2019 awarded to troops who serve in the White House?<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Pulitzer Prize-winning\u00a0New York Times<\/em>\u00a0journalist Maggie Haberman posted a fascinating update about a photo of impeachment figure Lev Parnas.<\/p>\n

The photo shows Igor Fruman \u2014 who, like Parnas, is under federal indictment \u2014 sitting closely next to Rudy Giuliani and Parnas.<\/p>\n

Haber [sic] said a source informed her that in the picture, Parnas can be seen wearing a \u201cPresidential Service Badge,\u201d linking to the Wikipedia entry on the pin.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cThe Presidential Service Badge (PSB) is an identification badge of the United States Armed Forces which is awarded to members of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard as well as other members of the Uniformed Services, such as the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Corps and the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, who serve as full-time military staff to the President of the United States,\u201d Wikipedia explained.<\/p>\n

Haberman pointed out in her Twitter post<\/a> that this medal can be ordered online, but it\u2019s technically awarded to uniformed services in the White House.<\/p>\n

It was also spotted on Dr. Seb Gorka.<\/p>\n

Gorka is not known to have ever served in the U.S. military, but reportedly did volunteer for the British Territorial Army and worked for the Hungarian Ministry of Defense.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Retired Marine Public Affairs Officer, as well as former DHS and Pentagon spokesman Dave Lapan had this to say about it on his Twitter<\/a> account:<\/p>\n
