Gun sale goes wrong when buyer steals gun, seller fires at him<\/strong><\/p>\n WARR ACRES, Okla. \u2014 Warr Acres police said they are searching for a suspect in the alleged theft.<\/p>\n Dash camera footage from a nearby Uber driver shows the gun seller firing at the fleeing man around 6:15 a.m.<\/p>\n The video shows the seller driving down Libby Street and stopping on the side of the road. “During the course of that, an assault happened where the suspect assaulted our victim and stole the gun that he was there to buy,\u201d said John Gray, deputy chief of the Warr Acres Police Department.<\/p>\n As the suspect ran away, the seller pulled out another weapon and fired at him, missing him.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n 0 \/ 0 \/ 2 Man shot and killed by restaurant security guard in Montclare<\/strong><\/p>\n BY JUDY WANG The man, 40, was shot in the neck after the confrontation with the security guard on the 7100 block of West Diversey Avenue around 1:45 a.m. at the El Taconazo La Fiesta restaurant.<\/p>\n He was taken to Loyola Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
