Cheers!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Creamy Ground Beef Noodle Casserole<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Comfort&#8221; is the key word for this creamy ground beef and noodle casserole that makes a memorable meal out of simple ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>By\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bettycrocker.com\/about-us\">Betty Crocker Kitchens<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Updated October 5, 2016<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>8 <\/strong>oz uncooked farfalle pasta (about 2 1\/2 cups)<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 <\/strong>lb ground beef<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 <\/strong>can (15 oz) Muir Glen\u2122 organic tomato sauce<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bd <\/strong>teaspoon garlic salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bc <\/strong>teaspoon black pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 <\/strong>cup sour cream<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 <\/strong>cup cottage cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bd<\/strong> cup shredded Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00be<\/strong> cup sliced green onions<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 \u00bd<\/strong> cups shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 &#8211; <\/strong>Heat oven to 350\u00b0F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish or 2 1\/2 to 3-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook pasta until al dente, about 11 minutes; drain, and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 &#8211; <\/strong>Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and pepper; cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 &#8211; <\/strong>In large bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1\/2 cup of the green onions; stir in cooked pasta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 &#8211; <\/strong>Spoon half of the pasta mixture into baking dish. Top with half of the beef mixture and 3\/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese. Repeat with pasta mixture, beef mixture and remaining 3\/4 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
