Collin Green<\/a>\u00a0has convened a Trident Review Board to take the coveted SEAL qualification pin away from the special operator.<\/p>\n<p>Green seems to have mustered the support of his uniformed chain of command to administratively punish Gallagher, 40, even if it\u2019s perceived as defiant to the White House.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChief of Naval Operations, Adm. Mike Gilday, supports his commanders in executing their roles, to include Rear Adm. Green,&#8221; said Gilday\u2019s spokesman, Cmdr.
